Our monthly bookkeeping packages are available with in-person service in Hamilton and surrounding communities and virtual bookkeeping across Ontario.
New client offer
New recurring bookkeeping clients receive their first full month of regular monthly bookkeeping at no charge. The free month begins after onboarding and any required cleanup are completed. Service is month to month, with no one-year commitment.
Onboarding, cleanup, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, excess transactions and additional services are quoted separately. One promotional month is available per business. The offer has no cash value and may be withdrawn for future clients before a service agreement is signed.
Each package provides the core systems needed to keep routine bookkeeping organized and current.
Your QuickBooks Online Plus subscription is included in every monthly package, with no separate subscription charge.
Here is how our starting monthly prices break down when the included software is valued at its regular retail price.
All amounts are in Canadian dollars, before HST. This is an illustrative value breakdown; packages are sold at the full monthly prices shown. The bookkeeping portions are not separate service prices or discounts for supplying your own subscription.
Software value is based on Intuit's regular Canadian QuickBooks Online Plus monthly price as of September 2026, excluding promotional discounts. Retail pricing may change. Final package pricing is confirmed after assessment.
We agree on how records will be submitted and returned during onboarding. Virtual bookkeeping is available across Ontario; any in-person meetings or personal document pickup and returns are arranged within our practical local service area.
The prices below are starting prices, plus HST. Your final package and monthly price are confirmed after we assess the volume, account structure, condition of the books, and recurring work your business requires.
For smaller businesses that need dependable monthly bookkeeping and an organized foundation.
For established businesses with more activity, more accounts, or more demanding monthly needs.
For active businesses that need greater capacity and a stronger foundation for business decisions.
Each package may also include one qualifying low-activity GST/HST or payroll reserve account. Eligibility is confirmed during assessment.
Transaction limits do not make reconciliation work unlimited. Each separately reconciled account adds its own statements, balances, transfers, and exception review.
Each bank account, credit card, line of credit, payment processor, loan account, or clearing account that requires its own separate reconciliation normally counts as one active financial account.
Supplementary cards consolidated on one statement normally count as one account. Cards or accounts producing separate statements count separately.
Each package may include one qualifying low-activity GST/HST or payroll reserve account in addition to its standard allowance.
High-volume payment processors, point-of-sale systems, foreign-currency accounts, cash-intensive activity, and unusual clearing arrangements may require separate assessment even when they appear to be a single account.
Transaction volume is important, but it is only one part of the workload.
A transaction is financial activity that must be reviewed, categorized, matched, recorded, or reconciled. This can include bank and credit-card activity, deposits, customer and supplier payments, transfers, loan or line-of-credit activity, and other bookkeeping entries.
Occasional volume changes are reviewed in context. A spike may be temporary, seasonal, growth-related, or a permanent change in the business. If extra work or a package change is required, we discuss it with you. We do not make silent price changes.
These services are quoted separately because their workload varies substantially from one business to another.
Business Acumen may prepare payment information for approval; the client retains authorization and release control.
Onboarding is assessed separately because every business starts from a different place. The work may include reviewing existing records, configuring or reorganizing QuickBooks Online, connecting feeds, confirming sales-tax settings, establishing document and approval processes, developing reports, and providing practical workflow training.
Your onboarding scope is explained before the work begins.
After an initial review, cleanup is estimated as a range of hours, not as a single public dollar amount. The range depends on the type and complexity of bookkeeping required.
We consider how far the books are behind, the number of accounts, the condition of QuickBooks, missing or duplicated entries, available statements and documents, GST/HST or payroll issues, and the investigation needed to correct the records.
Special cleanup pricing may be available when the cleanup project is booked with an ongoing monthly bookkeeping package.
Eligible clients entering an annual bookkeeping agreement may also spread an approved cleanup or onboarding cost across the first 12 monthly payments.
If new information materially changes the work, we discuss a revised estimated range before proceeding substantially beyond the approved range.
The following are not automatically included unless they appear in your proposal or service agreement.
| Available by separate quote | Outside our scope |
|---|---|
| Payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and WSIB administration | Corporate or personal income-tax returns and specialized tax advice |
| Historical cleanup, catch-up bookkeeping, or a major QuickBooks rebuild | Audits, reviews, compilations, assurance work, or certified financial statements |
| Special reporting, workflow design, or unusual recurring administration | Legal advice, business valuation, or investment advice |
